Embossed Films

Our specialised embossed polyethylene film is used as a liner for calendared rubber. It prevents the contamination of rubber by dust and other foreign matters that might stick to it during storage before further processing. With its tetrahedron embossing, our film can be easily removed from the rubber without any distortion. Our polyethylene film is manufactured from 100% virgin polyethylene. Colour, thickness and width may vary according to specific customer requests. We are able to manufacture a maximum width of 1650mm.

Handi Wrap

Our narrow width stretch films (Handi Wrap) are used in place of self-adhesive tape which, because of the adhesive, could tarnish the product being taped.

Handi Wrap sticks to itself without adhesive.

Polyfilm

Polyfilm is a high melting point perforated film used in the tyre industry when re-treading tyres.

Stretch Wrap / Pallet Wrap

A highly stretchable plastic film that is wrapped around items. The elastic recovery keeps the items tightly bound.

Shrink Film

Shrink wrap, also shrink film, is a material made up of polymer plastic film. When heat is applied, it shrinks tightly over whatever it is covering. It is available in a variety of thicknesses, clarities, strengths and shrink ratios.

Films- plain & printed

Films- plain & printed LD Polyethylene, HDPE Polyethylene, Polyprop, EVA. Its primary use is in packaging (plastic bags, plastic films, geomembranes, containers including bottles, etc.).

Packaging Tape

Box-sealing tape, parcel tape or packing tape is a pressure-sensitive tape used for closing or sealing corrugated fiberboard boxes. It consists of a pressure-sensitive adhesive coated onto a backing material which is usually a polypropylene or polyester film which is oriented to have strength in both the long (machine) direction and the cross direction.

Strapping

Strapping is a plastic banding material used to protect boxes from breaking open during transport.

This strapping material proves to be extremely strong.

Protective Packaging
